All products are customized which takes time and we usually dispatch order within 2 working days. Delivery times vary based on destination, circumstances or carrier and public holidays:

Standard shipping: 7-9 working days.
Express shipping: 3-5 working days.

*Due to COVID-19 and a high volume of orders, delivery times are running longer than usual. We are working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible.

All orders purchased on ASSUI Official Site and shipped with standard shipping could be tracked online. Your could find your tracking number in three ways:

Website
• You could find the tracking order by logging in to your account and navigate to Account Page > Order > View Details to view your order details when the order is shipped.

Email
• You would be informed by shipping email(s) with tracking number when the order is shipped.

Customer Support
• Reach out to our support team at support@assui.co and quote your order number. We would help you with the rest.

ASSUI would not be responsible for any custom fee, import duty and tax charged to a customer nor are we able to determine any custom fee, import duty or tax pertaining to each order. Any custom fee, import duty and tax might be charged upon delivery on top of the normal shipping and handling charges. If you would like to find out more, please email us at support@assui.co.

Please be aware that if you refuse to pay the imposed custom fee(s), import duty(s) or tax(s), we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred by returning the product (total of $30.00 USD would be deducted from the original amount for return shipping fee).

We are pretty stringent with our quality control.

We offer "7-day Return Scheme" to defect(s) or wrong item(s) sent. In order to assist you with the best and accurate experience, please note to video-record the entire and first unbox process and email us at support@assui.co with your inquiry and video recording(s) within 7 days of delivery. With those we would be doing our best to validate the issue and sort it out with the best solution.

We are a small, knowledgeable and enthusiastic team of people eager to answer your questions and solve your ASSUI problems, no matter what time of the day or night.

We do this via multiple digital channels, but we do not offer phone support for the following reasons:

• We would not be able to offer the same level of support over the phone, as we often need to share photos of products or screenshots of the website with our customers. Email and social media are best for this reason.
• We could instantly check your order status or solve an issue online without needing to put you on hold.
• We are a global support team. Our current channels allow us to use translators so that we could effectively communicate with all of the members in our community.
• Using online support channels allows us to keep your information and support history in the one spot, making sure that we have a detailed account of our communication with you. Nobody likes having to explain a situation over again because you get a different support person when you call.
